William Webber (c. 1770 - c. 1794). Born in Nequasee (Nikwasi), North Carolina, he was a half-breed Cherokee and possible brother of Ostenaco. His father was said to be a British officer. He was the namesake for Wills Valley, Big Wills Creek, Willstown and Little Wills Creek.

- "It was commonly called "Willstown" after its headman, a red-headed man of mixed-race named Will Weber (also known as "RedHead Chief Will"), who was famous for his mane of thick red hair."   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Willstown_(Cherokee_town)
