William Webber (c. 1770 - c. 1794). Born in Nequasee (Nikwasi), North
Carolina, he was a half-breed Cherokee and possible brother of
Ostenaco. His father was said to be a British officer. He was the
namesake for Wills Valley, Big Wills Creek, Willstown and Little Wills
Creek.
