92) Giovanni Battista di Jacopo
Giovanni Battista di Jacopo (1495 - 1540), known as Rosso Fiorentino (meaning "red Florentine" in Italian), or Il Rosso. Italian Mannerist painter, in oil and fresco, belonging to the Florentine school.
- "Il soprannome di "Rosso" derivò dalla sua capigliatura fulva, come ricorda anche Vasari. [The nickname Rosso derived from his red hair, as it is recalled by Vasari as well]."
